01 .Survey

Steel measurement, section factors, environmental assessment and substrate condition evaluation.

02. Specification

System selection, WFT requirements and fire-rating determination based on survey data.

03. Preparation

Abrasive blasting, dry ice blasting or mechanical abrasion determined by substrate condition and coating history.

04. Application

Multi-coat intumescent system applied with continuous WFT monitoring and environmental logging throughout.
