Training, Development & Progression

Continuous Technical Development

We actively invest in our people. From the outset, you’ll be supported through structured technical training, accreditation pathways and ongoing development aligned with your role.

We sponsor and fund recognised qualifications including CHAS-related training, SMSTS, SSSTS, IPAF and specialist fire-protection training where appropriate. Development doesn’t stop once you’re qualified — we focus on long-term progression, not short-term output.

Clear Career Pathways

We offer defined progression routes across surveying, technical specification, application, QA and supervision. Whether you’re developing from an entry-level role or progressing into senior technical or leadership positions, you’ll be supported with mentorship and responsibility at every stage.

We believe sustainable performance comes from balanced teams. We foster a collaborative, respectful working environment where people are trusted, supported and valued for the contribution they make to the business and to each other.
People, Team & Working Environment
We believe the best results come from teams that work well together. That’s why we put real effort into building a positive, supportive working environment, from team days and shared meals to simply making sure people enjoy coming to work. Strong relationships, mutual respect and good communication translate directly into a better working environment.

Apprenticeships & Early Careers

Building the Next Generation of Fire Protection Specialists

Apprenticeships are a key part of our long-term growth strategy. We are committed to developing new talent through structured, supported apprenticeship pathways that combine site experience with technical learning.

As an apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to real projects, supported by experienced professionals, formal training and clear progression routes into surveying, technical or operational roles. We see apprenticeships as careers in the making, not short-term labour.
